چکیده

Background: Cropping system approach has gained importance in agriculture and relative enterprises. In agriculture, management practices are usually formulated for individual crops. However, farmers cultivating different crops seasons based on their adaptability to a particular season, domestic needs profitability, therefore production technologies should be developed keeping view of grown sequence year or more than one depending the crop duration. The current study aims application biofertilizers inorganic fertilizers which essential raise yield. Rhizobium an enormous potential fix atmospheric nitrogen. PSB solubilize unavailable bound phosphates soil make them available plants increase overall plant growth resulting 10 15% Methods: A field experiment was conducted during rabi summer 2017-18 2018-19 at College Farm, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari. treatment consisted five integrated nutrient chickpea season as main plot treatments replicated four times randomized block design. During each split into sub with levels RDF fodder maize twenty combinations Result: Application 100% RDF+Rhizobium+PSB (T3) recorded significantly higher almost all attributes, yield attributes yield, uptake, protein content well status being remained par (T1) 75% (T4). while economics remarkably improved due combination Rhizobium+PSB (S1) highest economics.

Maize productivity and nutrient use efficiency in Western Kenya as affected by soil type and crop management

Low soil fertility and high weed infestation are the main culprits for the declining maize production inWestern Kenya. Technology packages to address these constraints exist, but their effectiveness is likely to be influenced by variability in soil types and farm management practices in the region. Trials were conducted during the 2008/2009 cropping seasons to investigate the nutrient use e...

Integrated Nutrient Management for Sustaining Soil Fertility through Chickpea-mungbean-t.aman Cropping Pattern at Madaripur Region

A field experiment was conducted on Chickpea-Mungbean-T.Aman cropping pattern at Pulses Research Sub-Station, Madaripur under Low Ganges River Floodplain Soils (AEZ-12) during 2007-08 and 2008-09 to find out the suitable fertilizer doses for this pattern. Four treatments were set up for each crop. For chickpea and mungbean, the treatments were T1=Recommended fertilizer dose as per FRG, 2005 BAR...

Productivity, Nutrient Balance and Profitability of Foxtail Millet (Setaria italica L.) Varieties As Influenced By Levels of Nitrogen

A field experiment was conducted during kharif, 2014 at Tirupati with four foxtail millet varieties (SiA 3088, SiA 3085, SiA 3156 and Srilaxmi) in combination with three nitrogen levels (0, 25, 50 kg N ha -1 ). The results of the experiment revealed that among the four foxtail millet varieties, SiA 3085 recorded the higher grain and straw yield. Application of 50 kg N ha -1 markedly improved th...
